Orders and messages

When you order, your contact details, delivery address and purchased items are used to process payment, make and deliver your prints, send order updates and help with any problems. Stripe handles payment details. Printful receives the order and delivery details needed to fulfill your purchase. I can view order and payment records, but the store does not collect your full card number.

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. Resend delivers website messages and order emails. Vercel hosts the store and processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure it. These providers may process information outside your country.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, the store uses Google Analytics to understand visits, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases. This helps me understand which content and campaign links lead to print sales.

Analytics uses browser and session identifiers, device and browser information, page paths, campaign labels, and purchased items and amounts. Google receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser connects to its service. Our event data excludes your name, email address, delivery address, payment details, discount codes and contact messages. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tracking setup.

For a checkout started with analytics consent, purchase details may be sent securely from the store to Google after payment and associated with that browsing session. Declining analytics does not affect shopping or order updates.

Cookies and your choices

The store saves your cart and analytics choice in your browser. With your permission, it also remembers campaign details for 30 days and uses Google Analytics cookies configured to last up to 30 days from creation. Browser settings may shorten their lifetime.

Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page to allow or decline future tracking. Declining removes the store's saved campaign information and Analytics cookies. This does not erase information already sent, or cancel reporting for a checkout you already started with consent. You can also clear this site's browser data to remove the saved cart and consent choice.

Keeping information and requesting help

Order and support records are kept as needed to fulfill purchases, respond to questions, handle disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. Providers also apply their own retention rules. Purchasing or contacting me does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

For questions or a request to access, correct or delete personal information, email contact@knoffy.com. I may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for orders or legal obligations. Your rights depend on where you live.
